Hi, you!

I’m a wife and mama who loves all things health and wellness. I ask questions and regularly challenge the “we’ve always done it this way, so why stop now” narrative. My goal in the work I do in this Clean Becky space is to plant seeds of empowering information as a partner with you on your own clean living journey. Progress over perfection always. We can do it all, but not all in one day. One positive, clean living step at a time.

  • Life changing kitchen non-negotiables!

True story! The right ingredients make or break a home cooked meal! If you’ve never used grilling salt, YOU.ARE.MISSING out🤤!
Also, only @wildbrine sauerkraut for us!

And while YES, I do cheat on the lemon thing, and keep organic Italian lemon juice in my fridge I still ALWAYS have fresh lemons, because fresh is always my preferred, especially for cooking or seasoning foods!

Have you ever used grilling salt? We import ours, which is superior, but I’m sure there are other local brands, they just have not made it to our table.
  • MAMA gets what baby wants🙌
@thecravecookies thank you for having Gluten Free Cookies!
  • ✨a weekend for the books⚽️
ICYMI my husband’s family and many of their close friends have strong ties to 🇦🇷 Argentina, so the enthusiasm to enjoy this pre-tournament game at Texas A&M altogether while they played against Honduras created some amazing core memories! #roadto26 #kylefield #argentinafutbol
  • I didn’t start drinking coffee until my late 20s and even then it was few and far between. Then I had my babies in my 30s and stopped drinking it altogether as a way to support hydration and mineral levels during pregnancy and postpartum. When my babies were toddlers I started enjoying a cup here and there. Not surprisingly I went thru a season where my body could not tolerate any amount of caffeine without major anxiety symptoms being activated, so I enjoyed decaf when I just wanted the cozy richness of coffee. After several supportive health protocols my body can enjoy a simple caffeinated latte each morning and it’s heavenly! I’m not a must have coffee upon wakeup. I focus on hydrating with warm lemon water and sometimes I don’t have my first cup until late morning, but regardless of when I have it, it’s a rhythm that brings joy to my soul. Enjoying a cup with family or friends makes it even better! Pretty much guaranteed that if you pop by my home for a visit, coffee will be offered.

Now while I don’t always buy the high end mold free coffee brands, I do choose organic coffee beans and locally roasted whenever possible. We also choose to make coffee at home 90% of the time and are selective with what we use to make our morning cuppa!

COMMENT ‘coffee’ below if you’d like to see a list of my clean coffee faves.
  • This time of year is WILD. Absolutely unhinged. Maybe it just feels crazy if you’ve got school aged kiddos, but holy wow! Just trying to hold on for dear life at this point.
Deep breaths.
Finding moments to ground me.

Here’s a short list of how I’m surviving:
- Prioritizing moving my body daily
- Finding moments that slow me down; taking care of my houseplants, pausing to connect with a neighbor, sipping a cup of coffee with my husband. It’s amazing what a boost even a few minutes of intentionally slowing down can do for your body & mind that is racing.
- Pausing to eat nutrient dense foods, instead of quick and fast.
- Staying hydrated; lemon water, electrolyte boosted or herbal teas.
- Simplifying and saying no where I can and at other times just embracing the flow of this season.
- Connecting with my people, because it’s good to be reminded that you’re not the only one trying to hold onto this ride.
- Laying on my @pranamat every night - holy wow on the decompression magic of pressing your body into spikes to relax🤩.
- And yes, DAILY tidying and decluttering of my home, not because I’m striving for perfect, but because I know an orderly home brings a peace and calm that is worth protecting for myself and my family.

So. We’re gonna make it thru…right? Asking for a friend😉.
